This book is absolutely amazing and once the child reads it they are sort of taken to a trip in the world of magic of one Bilbo Baggins who is a character with a short stature and whose character unfolds in a series of adventures. It all begins when he invites a wizard and dwarves into his little house and this marks the beginning of an adventure to remember. He comes across elves, men who transform to bears, goblins and a very scary dragon. At times he misses his humble dwelling but the adventure is worth the thrill.

Which child doesn’t love chocolate or further still own a chocolate factory? This amazing book was written by Roald Dahl and it centers on Charlie Bucket who hails from a humble background. All that brightens up his life is a chocolate bar he receives on his birthday and a chocolate factory in the neighborhood. Charlie alongside his grandfather get a chance to visit the factory via a golden ticket and this changes his life. Owing to his obedience, Willy Wonka grants him ownership of the factory when he gets old and henceforth, they bid goodbye to poverty.

This amazing piece of work was written by J.M.Barrie. Every kid would wish to fly and never grow up and this is best brought out by the character Peter Pan. The series of adventures starts one night when Peter flies to London and takes the Darling Children along with him to the magical city of Neverland. The main theme is a battle with Captain Hook who Peter defeated earlier. The wicked captain tries to poison Peter and kidnaps Wendy and the Lost boys but Peter being the hero he is rescues them and defeats the Captain and finally takes the Darlings’ home.

The book is written by C.S.Lewis. The story revolves around four children hailing from the same town who are forced to leave their home on the onset of the Second World War. They are taken in by an elderly professor and it is in his house that they Lucy discovers a wardrobe which leads to a magical land called Narnia. They visit the magical land together and here they are assisted by the lion Aslan who rules Narnia in the quest to defeat the Evil White Witch who has terrorized them for long with persistent winter.

The wonderful piece of work done by Eoin Colfer. It revolves around the Fowl family which is a family that is feared due to its mafia nature and tendencies. After his father disappears mysteriously but much to the calm of the family, Atemis Fowl 2, his young and witty son especially at crime takes over. He does enough internet research and uses rumors to find out about the fairies’ gold which is actually a ransom in exchange for kidnapped people. This prompts him to do the unthinkable and holds hostage a fairy but the fairy is rescued. Atemis escapes the fairies’ punishment which also means that he loses the fairies gold.

The brilliant piece of art was done by Rick Riordan revolves around the life of a character named Magnus Chase who has had his fair share of trouble. He has slept in the cold streets all by himself and used his wit to survive out there. He comes to learn that his uncle Randolph is trying to find and while trying to avoid him, he traps himself more. History and memories begin to unfold including tales about the gods of Asgard, wolves as well as doomsday. In the middle of all this a fire giant erupts leaving him to make a choice between being a hero and giving up on life.

The thriller written by Philip Pullman is quite enchanting. It revolves around a character Lyra who is orphaned at a young age and studies alongside his wits at Oxford University alongside Pantalaimon her daemon. She is sheltered by her scholars in the college and she overhears a conversation for a plot to kill Lord Asriel, his uncle, who is his guardian but saves him in time. He is working on a secret special project about ‘Dust’ which fascinates Lyra and she later comes to learn that he is her father and the wicked Mrs Coutler is her mother.

The thriller novel done by J.K.Rowling revolves around Harry Porter an 11 year old boy orphaned at an early age and is facing mistreatment from his foster parents. Since he is a wizard, which he didn’t know he is invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he learns his parents were killed by an evil wizard named Voldemort. He embarks on a revenge mission and he soon finds out that the wizard is trying to reach a well-guarded sorcerer’s stone. He alerts the authorities who hardly believe him.

A lightning bolt belonging to Zeus is stolen and it is claimed that Percy stole it and an ultimatum is issued for him to return it. In the midst of all these his mother Sally is captured and he has to save her and alongside his friend they embark on a task of saving her as well finding the true lightning thief and unravel the whole mystery.

One day she follows a white rabbit right into the rabbit hole and this leads to a series of adventures, discoveries and thrilling moments in the world of Wonderland where she meets the Queen of Hearts alongside her army of playing cards. Coming out of here is not as easy.
